Last updated 30 July 2026. These terms govern use of VeraPoint, operated by VeraPoint.ai Ltd ("we", "us").
VeraPoint lets your organisation send and receive SMS messages with clients, with machine translation between English and the client's language, a human review step before sending, and a stored record of the original and the translation.
VeraPoint is a communication bridge. It is not a certified translation service, and its output is not suitable for tribunal proceedings, sworn statements, formal interpreting, or any context where a qualified interpreter or certified translation is required. You remain responsible for reviewing every message before you approve it for sending.
Messages are carried by third-party networks (including Twilio and mobile carriers). We surface delivery statuses but cannot guarantee delivery, timing, or the availability of any handset.
Fees are as published on our website or agreed with you in writing. Message allowances and overage rates are stated at the point of purchase.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on a machine translation that you approved for sending.
We process personal data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Notice. Sub-processors include Cloudflare (hosting and translation) and Twilio (SMS carriage).
Either party may end the service with 30 days' notice. We may suspend the service immediately for unlawful use.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
